City & Culture

The River North Arts District, RiNo, is only five minutes from the downtown Denver central business district, and its location makes a world of difference. A former warehouse district that lured breweries and quirky local retailers is now attracting national attention — and poised to become an office hub. With both private and public capital invested into venues, transit, streetscapes, new parks, mixed-use spaces, retail, restaurants, art spaces, apartments, and single-family homes, it is the place to be for developers and tenants. It’s also easier to access than downtown because of its proximity to I-25 & I-70, and only a quick 30 minutes to get to DIA, the international airport.

Music & EVENT Venues

There’s a long list of music attractions at the surrounding breweries (including Ironton, which will be in your backyard at The Current), galleries, and spaces — and the crown jewels for music and event venues are both within minutes from your office.

Mission Ballroom: 60,000 sq. ft. music and art space intent on being Colorado’s finest music venue opened in late 2019.

Exdo Events Center: 22,000 sq. ft. venue is ideal for events ranging from 150 to 2,500 guests. If you want to host an event, The Current has space for up to 200 people, indoors or out. If you’re looking for something a little bigger, Exdo is located near The Current and the 38th/Blake DIA commuter rail train station. EXDO is ideal for fundraisers, large corporate events, receptions, banquet dinners, concerts, and more.

The Mission Ballroom will anchor the North Wynkoop District, a 14-acre mixed-use development. The site will eventually host shopping and upscale restaurants and is only a five-minute walk from RTD’s 38th and Blake station, making Mission Ballroom one of the few Mile High City venues that’s easily accessible via light rail, and it’s only a 7-minute walk from your office at The Current.
